At UptimeRobot, providing dependable services is our top priority, and we continually seek ways to improve.<\/span><\/p>\n

In line with that goal, we\u2019re adding new IP addresses to our monitoring infrastructure to improve both stability and reliability.<\/span><\/p>\n

To make sure you get the most out of these additions, it\u2019s highly important to update your firewall if you use one, and to <\/span>whitelist these new IP addresses<\/b>. Otherwise, our monitors might get blocked, leading to failed checks and downtime alerts.<\/span><\/p>\n

This applies to <\/span>all users<\/b> on our Free, Solo, and Enterprise plans. Even if you\u2019re not using multilocation monitoring today, these new IPs are part of our infrastructure upgrades, and failing to whitelist them could result in monitors being marked as down.<\/span><\/p>\n

The good news? We\u2019ve also released a dedicated API that always returns the latest list of UptimeRobot IPs. Using it means you won\u2019t have to update them manually in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n
