At UptimeRobot, providing dependable services is our top priority, and we continually seek ways to improve.
In line with that goal, we’re adding new IP addresses to our monitoring infrastructure to improve both stability and reliability.
To make sure you get the most out of these additions, it’s highly important to update your firewall if you use one, and to whitelist these new IP addresses. Otherwise, our monitors might get blocked, leading to failed checks and downtime alerts.
This applies to all users on our Free, Solo, and Enterprise plans. Even if you’re not using multilocation monitoring today, these new IPs are part of our infrastructure upgrades, and failing to whitelist them could result in monitors being marked as down.
The good news? We’ve also released a dedicated API that always returns the latest list of UptimeRobot IPs. Using it means you won’t have to update them manually in the future.
Actions required
✅ Update your firewall rules to include the new IP addresses.
✅ Use the new IP API to keep your allowlist automatically up to date.
